Mokanata’s Command center. Agents handled 1,284 actions in the last 24 hours and 18 wait for approval. First in the queue: a Telegram reply to Hana Suzuki drafted by the Closer Agent with 0.92 confidence, which auto-sends in under five minutes under a review-window rule unless someone stops it. Next: a WhatsApp reply to Nadia Prasad with 0.94 confidence, held for review because it mentions legal terms. Beside the queue, a live stream of agent activity.
Nadia Prasad’s WhatsApp chat with Northwind Labs on her phone: yesterday’s message with the pilot scope, then her reply that legal cleared the terms and a request for the revised order form. Northwind Labs is typing.

Chats, social posts, deals, ads, forms, payments and reports share one record per customer, and the agents work across all of them. Scroll through and try each one.

Inbox

Every conversation in one inbox

Each person gets one thread, whichever channel they write from. Agents draft replies inline with their confidence and sources, and you approve, edit or take over.

  • Drafts show why and what they cite
  • Approve and send in one key
  • Filters, views and links you can share
Social

Social media, planned on one board

Write once and adapt per network: its own caption, format, hashtags and time. Every network’s limits are checked before anything is scheduled.

  • One preview, a limit check per network
  • Best time to post, per network
  • Comments and DMs reply from the inbox
Pipeline

A pipeline that keeps itself current

Contacts, deals and projects on boards, lists, tables, calendars and timelines. Agents move cards when something happens in the chat, and log why.

  • Board, table, calendar and timeline
  • Custom objects and fields
  • Every move in the audit log
Agents

Agents that show their work

Build each agent as a visual flow: what it reads, which tools it calls and which guardrails stop it. Test a run before it ever talks to a customer.

  • Shadow, approval or autonomous
  • Guardrails no rule can override
  • Test runs with every step traced
Ads

See which ad brought the revenue

Every chat that starts from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad keeps its ad, so cost per conversation and revenue land on the right creative. Your ad platforms learn from real deals.

  • Cost and revenue per ad
  • Conversions sent to Meta, TikTok, Google
  • Event match quality per destination
Forms

Forms that finish in the chat

Fifteen question types, payments included. Answers save to any object as they come in, and the respondent carries on in WhatsApp with the context attached.

  • Payment questions built in
  • Continue in WhatsApp on submit
  • Short links and QR codes with stats
Payments

Get paid without leaving the chat

Build a link from your catalogue, send it in the thread and watch it go from sent to opened to paid. Twenty-four gateways, or QRIS straight to your account.

  • Card checkout or dynamic QRIS
  • Receipts and reminders in chat
  • Deals move when the money lands

One message, start to finish

Follow one WhatsApp message through Mokanata: from the customer’s question to a moved deal, with a person signing off on the one step that needs it.

01 · Inbound

Nadia writes on WhatsApp

Nadia Prasad, a buyer at Larkspur Analytics, says legal cleared the terms and asks for the revised order form. It lands in the inbox on her contact record, next to her $84k deal.

The inbox with a new WhatsApp message from Nadia Prasad of Larkspur Analytics, an $84k deal in Discovery: legal cleared the terms, can you send the revised order form with the security addendum?
02 · Draft

The Closer Agent drafts a reply

It reads all 14 messages, pulls the pilot pricing from the deal record and applies your rules, then drafts the answer with 0.94 confidence and the sources it used.

The Closer Agent’s draft with 0.94 confidence. It read 14 messages, pulled the 40-seat pilot pricing from the deal record and applied the security addendum rule, and cites the thread, the deal record and the pricing rules.
03 · Guardrail holds

A guardrail holds it for you

The draft clears the confidence floor, the citation check and the deal limit, but it mentions legal terms. That guardrail always asks a person, whatever your auto-send rules say.

The guardrail check: confidence above the 0.90 floor, every claim cited and the deal under the $100k limit all pass; the legal terms check holds the draft, so auto-send stops and it waits for a person.
04 · You approve

You approve, or edit first

The draft waits in your approval queue with its confidence, the reason it was held and every source cited. Approve and send, edit a line, or take over the thread.

The approval queue card for the reply to Nadia Prasad: 0.94 confidence, held for legal terms, citing the thread, the deal record and the pricing rules, with Approve and send and Edit draft actions.
05 · Deal moves

The deal moves on its own

Once the reply goes out, the deal moves to Negotiation and the Meeting Agent books the pilot kickoff. Every step is in the audit log with who did it and why.

The pipeline: Nadia Prasad’s $84,000 deal moved from Discovery to Negotiation after Mara Delgado approved and sent the reply at 11:06, and the Meeting Agent booked the pilot kickoff for Thursday at 14:00.

Autonomy you dial up, agent by agent

Agents earn trust the way a new hire does: they start by drafting, and you hand over the work they have proven they can do.

The agent drafts and a person signs off. Approve, edit or reject each one, and auto-approve rules release the routine replies once they have earned it.

Approval mode: all 5 drafts wait for a person to approve them.

An approval queue of five drafts by the Closer and Meeting agents: replies to Amara Okafor, Hana Suzuki, Nadia Prasad, Priya Raman and Tom Achebe. Their status follows the autonomy level chosen above.

Guardrails you can audit

Agents act inside limits you set. Every draft is checked before it sends and logged after, so you can see who did what, and why.

  • Citations required

Every claim in a draft cites a knowledge source. A draft without one doesn’t send.

  • Confidence floor

Anything below your threshold waits in the approval queue for a person.

  • Guardrails over rules

Legal terms, deal limits and the WhatsApp 24h window hold a draft. No auto-approve rule overrides them.

  • Audit log

Every draft, edit, approval and send is logged with who did it and the sources behind it.
