What’s new in Mokanata

New features and improvements to the product, newest first.

  1. Auto-send countdown

    New

A draft that matches an auto-approve rule with a review window now shows exactly when it will send.

    • Matching drafts show “Auto-sends in mm:ss” on the approval card and inline in the inbox.
    • Stop it, edit the draft, or turn off the account’s auto-send switch to hold it.
    • A held draft explains why it was held and can be resumed.
    • The countdown keeps running as you move between pages.
An approval card for the Closer Agent's reply to Hana Suzuki about volume discounts, at 0.92 confidence under a rule for replies above 0.90 under $50k. Below it: Auto-sends in 04:59, with Stop and Edit draft buttons to hold it.
  2. Auto-approve rules with a review window

    New

Release the routine drafts from the approval queue, on your terms.

    • Each rule sets an agent, a confidence floor, channels, a deal-value limit and whether to skip legal terms.
    • Send right away, or after a 5-minute, 30-minute or 2-hour review window.
    • A live preview lists the queue items the rule would match before you save it.
    • Guardrails still apply: a rule can never override one.
  3. Roles and permissions

    New

Decide who can see, reply to and change what, across every area of the product.

    • Built-in Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer roles, plus custom roles in a full permission editor.
    • Channel access per role: all accounts or a chosen set, at View, Reply or Manage.
    • A coverage panel flags channel accounts nobody can reply from.
    • Screens follow the role, and controls a role can’t use say why instead of disappearing.
  4. Every view has a link

    Improved

Sheets, dialogs, tabs, filters and selections now live in the URL.

    • Reload a page and it comes back exactly as you left it.
    • Share a link to a filtered list, an open record or a single inbox message.
    • Back closes the sheet or dialog you opened.
  5. Kanban view for contacts and deals

    New

See the pipeline as columns, one per stage, next to the table view.

    • Columns for Lead, Qualified, Discovery, Negotiation and Closed won.
    • Drag a card or use “Move to”. Moves into or out of Closed won ask for confirmation.
    • A “Needs you” toggle narrows the board to deals waiting on you.
  6. External database sync

    New

Connect a Postgres database and work with its tables as regular objects.

    • Postgres, Supabase, Neon, RDS, Cloud SQL and more, plus a built-in sample database to try it with no setup.
    • Pick schemas, tables, columns and row filters. Records stream in and are never stored in the browser.
    • Edits, inserts and deletes write back to the source database.
    • Logical replication when the database allows it, otherwise a snapshot diff every 3 seconds.
  7. Command palette and rebindable shortcuts

    Improved

Get anywhere in the product without leaving the keyboard.

    • ⌘K or Ctrl+K jumps to pages, settings, agents and contacts, and runs actions.
    • Press ? for every shortcut, and G then a letter to jump between areas.
    • Rebind any shortcut as a single chord or a two-step sequence.
  8. Public forms and short links

    New

Collect answers and payments outside the chat, and bring people back into it.

    • 15 question types, including payment, with answers that autosave and work offline.
    • Save on submit and continue the conversation in WhatsApp.
    • Short links record the source and device, with QR codes and optional expiry.
    • Forms register a WebMCP tool, so a browser agent can fill them in. It never submits.
