Every new agent starts in shadow mode. It reads incoming conversations and drafts the replies it would send, but it sends nothing.
You can compare its drafts with what your team actually sent, then move it to approval mode when the drafts hold up.
Nothing, until you turn autonomy on. You set it per agent and per account, with rules such as “auto-send replies on deals under $100k” or “always ask me when a draft mentions legal terms”.
Anything outside your rules, below your confidence threshold or blocked by a guardrail waits in the approval queue, and you can take over any thread at any time.
Conversations and records are encrypted in transit and at rest, and they are never used to train models for other customers.
